Noemi was leading the initial proposal engagement and the delivery phases for the New Entrepeneurs program of Ayuntamiento de Madrid. Working together with Intel and other partners, this New Entrepeneurs program was aimed at stimulating innovation and self employment through technology capabilities, Noemi was not only able to articulate a great value proposition for all stake holders and to develop an excellent traing proposal to get customer’s interest and acceptance, but also to organize and execute all delivery phases with excelent results. She has showed impressive interpesonal skills, great knowedge and expertise in the Training and Education areas, as well as excellent complex project management skills, including result orientation and customer satisfaction vocacy.
